Hi girls,
I have posted another comment and it says it can be displayed 'after approval'.
I know you are dropping your car back in Zurich but there are some lovely spots in the south of France from there including Carcassonne - a beautiful ancient walled city that has a superb backpackers in the middle of it and spectacular viewes. There is also Avignon as in 'Pont d' Avignon' from the nursery rhyme and you  can camp across the river from it with awesome views and I think there is a papal palace there too that is worth seeing.
In spain, of course you will go to Barcelona and there are many quaint little fishing village towns like A Coruna to explore. The Picos de Eurpoa (mountains) are worth exploring too. The drive to Figueres where Dali's home is from memory is not that amazing unless the sky is clear and you can get a good view, there are some big cities like Girona to navigate through too. But I'm sure with a bit of roadside wine and some broken Spanish language, you'll be fine to read the signs to your next destination.
I am so excited for you both and look forward to more photos and stories soon.
Lots of love
Rob
