Well we survived the dorm! We shared our room with a lovely Aussie dancer in our room and; a B***h from a non-English speaking country ( we think Eastern European) which does not encourage smiling or any social pleasantries! She was most put out by Jen asking if the bed above her was free. She had her belongings spread out over to deter other hostelers seeking to sleep on it! I took the attitude, be friendly but don't try to intimidate us - we are Older wiser women after all! Glad to be moving to our own private room Tho' tonight!

I have this image of a huge Hilda with a plait wrapped around her head and built like a brick sh*t house. Not to mention hair worthy of plaiting on her legs under her arms and possibly top lip. JW
